The following terms and conditions apply to purchases made
from the RacingState.com
online shop. Please Note: Orders and

These conditions set out the agreement between you (the
customer) and
us
(RacingState.com online shop)
for purchases made from this website. To
purchase from this
site you may need to use a credit or debit card and a email address as
we will use this as
the main way to keep in contact with you.
Please note in particular that:
• No orders shall be accepted if received from outside the
United
Kingdom.
• Orders shall only be accepted from persons who are 18 or
over.
• If we have any suspicion that the Credit card details you
supply
are in anyway false or fraudulent we reserve the right not to complete
your order and will contact you using the e-mail address you supply.

Whilst we try to ensure that all descriptions, details,
including
prices, displayed on this website are correct and up to date, we cannot
guarantee that they are. Details may be updated from time to time and
are subject to change. You must ensure that prior to placing an order
you have checked all relevant details about the products you have
selected. We cannot confirm the price of a product
until your order is accepted. All products advertised are
subject to availability.

prices, does not
constitute an offer to contract or enter into an agreement. When you
place an order via this website your order
shall constitute an offer for the goods selected.
We shall not be obliged to accept your order. If we do, your order will
be accepted by us despatching the product to you. Where products are
sent separately, our acceptance will relate only to those products
actually despatched. Confirmation of orders will be sent to the email
address supplied by you when the order was placed. Please Note: Orders and Deliveries can only be
completed in the UK
Despite our best efforts, occasionally products in our online shop may
be incorrectly priced. We do, however, verify prices as part of our
despatch procedures. If we discover a pricing error, or there is a
change in price before despatch, we will contact you to reconfirm your
order at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you within a
reasonable time, we may cancel your order and notify you of such
cancellation.
Law
Any contracts formed between you and us via this website
will be deemed
to have been made in the UK and shall be governed and construed
according to English law. Any disputes or proceedings shall be subject
to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Delivery & Charges
We can only deliver to a valid UK address.
Delivery timescales cannot be guaranteed. There are certain
circumstances where you order may be delayed:
Orders placed at the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will require at least
two extra working days for delivery. If there any unforeseen stock
shortages we will notify you of any
delay. Certain remote postcodes will require additional time for
delivery. If we cannot obtain immediate security clearance for payment
of your order we will try to contact you. The security of our
customers
is paramount so these
checks are essential to combat fraudulent use of payment and address
details. Delivery charges are as specified in your order.
Warranty
In the unlikely event that you experience a fault or
defect with your products in the first weeks following purchase
please contact info@racingstate.com to see what we can do to help. At
the moment we carry a no refund/return policy. This does not affect
your
statutory rights.
Product Descriptions
The products are only suitable for the uses described, any
other use is
the customers own responsibility. As part of our continuing programme
of product development we reserve the right to improve and update
products designs, packaging and colours at any time and without
notification.
Payment
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are inclusive of VAT
(where
applicable) and are correct at the time of entering the information
onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the
products ordered plus any applicable delivery charges.
One off payment can be made by any of the following methods:
Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit, Solo, Delta, Visa Electron and
Nochex account.
Payment will be taken from you when the order is placed. By placing the
order you confirm that the credit, debit or switch card that is being
used is
yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks
and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of
your payment
card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us,
we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Please Note: Orders and Deliveries can only be completed in the UK

How do you buy from your
website?

(this will bring up a list of our different products)
then click the
product you are interested in. Then simply click the buy now button,
this adds it to the shopping cart. Click pay now and this takes you to
the secure Nochex payment page. Fill in your details and that will
inform us of your order and we will then send you your new products...

Is your website secure?
Yes, when you place an order, your information is encrypted and placed
in our database. After processing the information is deleted from the
database. We do keep an invoice of your order offline
Why don't I have to
register an account with you?
We do not require you to register because we respect your privacy.
Wouldn't it be easier for
me if my information was stored?
The information we request from you at checkout is minimal, and with
the advance of browser capabilties, many people have their computers
automatically fill out their information. Again, we respect your
privacy.
What if I wanted to place
the same order as last time?
You can contact us at info@racingstate.com and we can pull your last
invoice.
What if my whole order
isn't in stock?
We will ship the items we have in stock immediately. The back ordered
items will be shipped as soon as they are received to our warehouse.
I need more information
before I buy, who can I talk to?
We have a highly trained customer service staff willing to help
you. They are available Monday to Friday 8:00am-8:00pm on
