This is a quick guide on how to buy a product using the Shopping Cart and secure payments method on RacingState.com Please Note: Orders and Deliveries can only be completed in the UK
Step 1
Find the product you are interested in, either on the products page or
the individual product page (in this example it's the Clean Down
product). To buy the product click the bright green Buy Now button next
to the description.
Step

After clicking the Buy Now button it will take you to the Shopping Cart
page which shows you what product you are buying. It also confirms the
price and delivery costs. To change the quantity of the product type
the number you require in the quantity box and click recalculate. To
contine shopping (if you want to look through the rest of the products)
click the link near the top of the page. Note free delivery is
available on orders over £50. Click Checkout to pay.

Type your billing address (of the credit/debit card), your contact
details and delivery
address if different. If the billing address and
the delivery address are the same leave the delivery address blank.
Your Email address is important and will be our main point of contact
if there is a problem.
Click Continue.

4
This page confirms your details. If they are correct please click
Continue. Please note that the payment will apear as Nochex on your
bank account. (In this example we have put the made up details of Hkhbk
in the address fields)

This page confirms the products being bought, amount, delivery and
total amount. Now click on the payment method depending on your
credit/debit card.
Step

Simply fill in your card details, double check everything is correct
and click Make Payment. That's it. You should receive a confirmation
email and receive your products in the next few days. Any problems

How do you buy from your
website?
Simply
go to the products page
(this will bring up a list of our different products)
then click the
product you are interested in. Then simply click the buy now button,
this adds it to the shopping cart. Click pay now and this takes you to
the secure Nochex payment page. Fill in your details and that will
inform us of your order and we will then send you your new products...
it's that easy. Please Note: Orders and
Deliveries can only be completed in the UK
Is your website secure?
Yes, when you place an order, your information is encrypted and placed
in our database. After processing the information is deleted from the
database. We do keep an invoice of your order offline
Why don't I have to
register an account with you?
We do not require you to register because we respect your privacy.
Wouldn't it be easier for
me if my information was stored?
The information we request from you at checkout is minimal, and with
the advance of browser capabilties, many people have their computers
automatically fill out their information. Again, we respect your
privacy.
What if I wanted to place
the same order as last time?
You can contact us at info@racingstate.com and we can pull your last
invoice.
What if my whole order
isn't in stock?
We will ship the items we have in stock immediately. The back ordered
items will be shipped as soon as they are received to our warehouse.
I need more information
before I buy, who can I talk to?
