How To Buy Guide
This is a quick guide on how to buy a product using the Shopping Cart and secure payments method on RacingState.com Please Note: Orders and Deliveries can only be completed in the UK
Step 1
Find the product you are interested in, either on the products page or the individual product page (in this example it's the Clean Down product). To buy the product click the bright green Buy Now button next to the description.
Step 2
After clicking the Buy Now button it will take you to the Shopping Cart page which shows you what product you are buying. It also confirms the price and delivery costs. To change the quantity of the product type the number you require in the quantity box and click recalculate. To contine shopping (if you want to look through the rest of the products) click the link near the top of the page. Note free delivery is available on orders over £50. Click Checkout to pay.
Step 3
Type your billing address (of the credit/debit card), your contact details and delivery address if different. If the billing address and the delivery address are the same leave the delivery address blank. Your Email address is important and will be our main point of contact if there is a problem. Click Continue.
Step 4
This page confirms your details. If they are correct please click Continue. Please note that the payment will apear as Nochex on your bank account. (In this example we have put the made up details of Hkhbk in the address fields)
Step 5
This page confirms the products being bought, amount, delivery and total amount. Now click on the payment method depending on your credit/debit card.
Step 6
Simply fill in your card details, double check everything is correct and click Make Payment. That's it. You should receive a confirmation email and receive your products in the next few days. Any problems please email: info@racingstate.com
Delivery & Charges
The delivery price for each product is clearly stated on each individual product page. We aim not to make any profit from this and just charge what is a reasonable fee to get the product to you.
We can only deliver to a valid UK address. Delivery timescales cannot be guaranteed. There are certain circumstances where you order may be delayed:
Orders placed at the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will require at least two extra working days for delivery. If there any unforeseen stock shortages we will notify you of any delay. Certain remote postcodes will require additional time for delivery. If we cannot obtain immediate security clearance for payment of your order we will try to contact you. The security of our customers is paramount so these checks are essential to combat fraudulent use of payment and address details. Delivery charges are as specified in your order.
Refunds
No return will be accepted without prior consent. Goods must be returned within 30 days. Please send an email to info@racingstate.com for a return authorization number prior to return. Returns are subject to a 20% restock charge unless otherwise arranged. Special order items or imprinted products are nonreturnable unless there is a defect in the quality or workmanship. Used or damaged goods cannot and will not be refunded. Shipping charges should be prepaid unless otherwise arranged in advance. Once goods have been received back in good condition, your credit card will be refunded. No COD returns accepted. All merchandise must be carefully packed and will be subject to charge if not in saleable condition
